Lodge Meeting of February 28, 2023
Dossin Great Lakes Museum
| Detroit Lodge No. 7 held
its February 28, 2023 lodge meeting at the Dossin Museum
on Belle Isle. Luncheon was prepared by Bill & Mary
Lou Griffore and Paul & Sarah Jagenow, the main
course being pulled pork sandwiches, macaroni &
cheese, followed by mixed salad, cole slaw, corn bread,
and a variety of desserts. The luncheon meeting was
attended by some 30 members and guests. The scheduled
speaker was Joel Stone, Curator Emeritus of the Detroit
Historical Society. Joel gave a new presentation
entitled "Water Color: Artists View of the Detroit
River". After the presentation,
program chairman Rick Scott presented a certificate of
appreciation to the speaker Joel Stone. The day
concluded with the initiation of two new associate
members, Gabrielle Dingell and Jessika
Hadash. |
